2. Information We Collect

Account information: Name, email address, company name, and password when you register.

CRM data: When you connect your HubSpot account, we access deal information, contact names, notes, call transcripts, and activity history solely to provide the RevPhoenix service.

Usage data: How you interact with the platform, features used, and session information.

Payment information: Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the RevPhoenix service
• To analyze your sales pipeline and generate AI insights
• To detect commitment gaps and pipeline risks
• To send service-related notifications and alerts
• To respond to support requests
• To process payments and manage subscriptions

4. Third-Party Services

To provide our service we share data with the following trusted third parties:

• OpenAI: Sales notes, emails, and call transcripts are sent to OpenAI's API for AI analysis. OpenAI does not use your data to train their models under our API agreement.
• AssemblyAI: Call recordings are sent to AssemblyAI for transcription. Audio files are deleted from their servers after processing.
• HubSpot: We access your HubSpot CRM data through their official OAuth integration.
• Supabase: Your data is stored securely in Supabase's cloud database infrastructure.
• Stripe: Payment processing. We never see or store your payment card details.
• Vercel: Application hosting and delivery.

We do not sell your data to any third parties. Ever.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure database storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

Trial accounts that do not convert to paid are deleted 30 days after trial expiration.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Disconnect your HubSpot integration at any time
• Export your data
